This block booking consists of an initial 2hr appointment followed by 2x 1hr sessions. It is ideal for people who have multiple layers of trauma/concerns. We may need to shed a few before the most significant one comes to light. This amount of time is also needed if you are considering including the stages within the womb or past life traumas.
