This is a discussion session that is ideal for people who may like to give some background on their experiences or those who have multiple layers of trauma and are unsure what the most destructive patterns are and which should be dealt with first. MAT is a direct approach and we steer away from getting into detailed memories of the clients past experiences however this is an opportunity if needed for the client to be heard or to shed some layers before diving straight into a session.
